Serves as the Senior Legal Officer within the Parastatal Monitoring Department, a newly created position in which she provides comprehensive legal counsel and assists with strategic direction. In addition to her core legal responsibilities, which are limited due to the nature of the department’s workload, Ms. Norville-Jules also provides legal advice to support administrative decision-making and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Specifically, she is tasked with reviewing non-financial analyses of the parastatal entity presented to her, while also contributing to shaping the department’s work scope and strategic objectives. Her position requires a combination of legal expertise, administrative skills, and strategic insight to support the department’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
