Invest Saint Lucia is pleased to support the continued growth of KM² Solutions as the company embarks on a major expansion in Saint Lucia. Work is underway at Orange Grove Plaza in Bois d’Orange, Gros Islet and this new, modern contact centre is expected to generate 1,000 new job opportunities for Saint Lucians, marking a significant boost to the local outsourcing sector.
“The Government of Saint Lucia welcomes this major investment by KM² Solutions, the creation of 1,000 new jobs at this state-of-the-art facility is a clear demonstration of investor confidence in our people, our business environment, and our future. The new facility spans over 40,000 square feet and will feature 850 fully outfitted workstations, dedicated training and development spaces, and conference rooms designed for collaboration and innovation. This latest investment underscores KM² Solutions’ long-standing presence in Saint Lucia, which began over 20 years ago. With existing sites in Union and Massade, the addition of the Bois d’Orange location brings the company’s local footprint to three centres, supporting a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees.
