Liquor Licensing Board

The Liquor Licensing Board is the statutory authority responsible for reviewing, approving, and regulating the issuance of liquor licenses throughout Saint Lucia. Operating under the Liquor Licence Act, the Board ensures that all applicants meet the necessary legal requirements for selling or distributing alcoholic beverages in various categories, including retail, wholesale, bar, restaurant, and special events.

The Board also monitors compliance with licensing conditions and has the authority to suspend or revoke licenses where necessary, helping to maintain public order and responsible alcohol distribution.
