NIPRO, incorporated on April 30, 1999, is governed by a board of directors chaired by Mr. Evaristus Jn Marie, with Mr. Nigel Fulgence as Deputy Chairperson and five other directors. It is financed through loans and equity from the National Insurance Corporation (NIC), under a formal agreement between the two entities. NIPRO’s current projects include maintaining NIC buildings, constructing and refurbishing police and fire stations across Saint Lucia under government contracts, and managing the Castries Car Park Facility.
