The entity provides registry services for international business companies and trusts. Its official operations began on February 26, 1999, with formal registration completed in 2000. Pinnacle SLU continues to support global business accessibility and regulation. Pinnacle SLU operates under a robust legal framework, including the International Business Companies Act, Financial Services Regulatory Authority Act, and Money Laundering Prevention Act, among others. These regulations ensure compliance, transparency, and effective governance of international financial services in Saint Lucia. Key amendments and supplementary acts, such as the Economic Substance Act, enhance oversight while facilitating global business accessibility.
