National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC)

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) is the statutory body established under the Telecommunications Act of 2000 to regulate and oversee the development of Saint Lucia’s telecommunications and broadcasting sectors. The NTRC ensures that service providers operate in a fair, competitive, and consumer-friendly environment while promoting universal access to affordable, reliable communication services.

The NTRC Board provides governance and strategic oversight, guiding the Commission’s regulatory decisions, policy direction, and stakeholder engagement. The Board is comprised of professionals with expertise in law, economics, telecommunications, and consumer affairs.
