Land Surveyors Board

The Land Surveyors Board established in accordance with Part 2 of the Land Surveyors Act Chapter 5.07 of the revised laws of Saint Lucia is responsible for licensing qualified land surveyors, administering required examinations, and maintaining a register of licensed professionals. It also handles disciplinary actions, resolves fee disputes between surveyors and clients, and carries out additional duties as defined by law. The Board may make rules for its operations with ministerial approval. The Board is chaired by the Chief Surveyor and meets when necessary at the Office of the Chief Surveyor located at the Braeham Louisy Building, Waterfront Castries
